Welcome to kitchen experiences with Caroline! With a passion for creating unique culinary experiences, I’ve always had a keen interest in sharing my learnings of culture, food and design through cooking and storytelling with people. Being of Swedish and Irish heritage, where meatballs and Guiness set the stage for hearty laughs, full bellies, and unforgettable memories, I bring that same spirit to every recipe, cooking class, and gathering.

Fortunate to have worked in some of the hottest restaurants in Fairfield County, Connecticut, I have learned what it takes to partner with the kitchen staff and management to deliver elite and warm guest experiences.

I have worked in Japanese and Italian restaurants garnering knowledge of diverse cuisines, ingredients and styles of cooking and serving.

My inner creativity was unlocked during the pandemic finding a way to connect and collaborate with friends and strangers. I saw a need for a meal prep delivery service, as people were working from home and adjusting to a lack of takeout or office lunches. Creating three meals every day at home was new for many.  This created a need.

I cooked, sold and delivered my homemade food to families, strangers and friends during a time that was stressful and lonely for many. The highlight of my delivery service was creating a four-course anniversary dinner for a couple in Charlestown, MA.

Over the last few years, I have planned and hosted virtual and in-person culinary experiences with people all over the world! I have co-hosted cooking classes with Culinary Institute of America trained chefs, led virtual holiday “outings” with global advertising agencies, brought local Mom Groups together for a night out, reconnected friends across the pond over a Zoom dinner party, and hosted in-person charity dinner parties with badass women.

My goal has always been to create special moments through food, design, and community that make people smile and feel good.
