Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Oats

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP OF ROLLED RAW OATS - I like the protein packed oats made by Kodiak

1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT OR MAPLE SYRUP

1 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER

1 TBSP COOKIE BUTTER - I get the jar from Trader Joe’s

1/2-3/4 CUP ALMOND MILK

1 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER

1/2 TSP SALT

SPRINKLE OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS

steps:

1.) Soak your rolled raw oats in 1/4 cup of water in a bowl for 30 minutes. This will make the dish creamier and allow you to digest the oats easier.

2.) In a blender, pour in your raw oats, almond milk, salt, almond butter, protein powder, cookie butter, and vanilla extract.

3.) Blend until smooth, but not too watery. Add more oats or liquid depending on consistency needs.

4.) Pour in your favorite bowl or jar and top with chocolate chips and sea salt.
