DETAILS:
The class will be led by Caroline over a Zoom video meeting with a Special Guest appearance by Adam Edelman, winemaker, whisperer, and creator of NISI wines (see bio below!)
You do not need to be an expert in the kitchen
The class starts at 6:30pm EST and will run approximately 1.5 hours
You do not have to be on video, but you will have the chance, and I’d love to see you
WHAT WE WILL COOK & DRINK:
A homemade pizza with special sauce & toppings
We will learn about wine from Adam Edelman
You will receive 6 different wine recommendations to buy at the store prior to the class for a live wine tasting and discussion
WHAT YOU NEED:
A kitchen, an oven, a stovetop, laptop or iPad, simple kitchen tools
AFTER YOU SIGN UP:
You will receive an email with a list of ingredients and specific kitchen tools needed

THE SPECIAL GUEST: Adam Edelman
Adam Edelman originally from Westport, CT has spent over a decade crafting fine wines in Napa Valley, working with renowned producers such as Aubert Wines and Realm Cellars. Alongside his winemaking experience, he holds a WSET Level 3 certification and worked in private retail as a “wine whisperer” for high-net-worth individuals, giving him a rare perspective that bridges production, education, and the collector’s palate. These experiences provided a strong background and has allowed Adam to confidently forge his own path with his brand, Nisi Wines, focusing exclusively on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills. As part of a new era of California winemakers, his aim is to create wines that resonate with both devoted collectors and curious new enthusiasts.
